This sequence started when a friend asked me to paint something for her in lilac (don't ask!).  I was looking to move away from the particular colours I tend to work with and this seemed like as good a direction as any.  I blow hot and cold on these.  Sometimes they really work for me and sometimes........

Sequence III - VI reside with the 'lilac' friend that who tells me that they attract favourable comment from her visitors - so what do I know!
